Shipping policy

Orders will ship through USPS unless otherwise noted.

If you order, and payment is complete by 12:00 PM EST on a weekday, we will get it out the same day unless otherwise noted.  We can not ship Federal Holidays or when USPS offices are not open (check VA weather).  If you are paying by E-Check, we will not ship until payment is processed.  This can take up to 7 days.

We are located in Virginia and shipping times vary based on location.  That means you typically get your stuff between 2 and 4 days for Priority, accounting for weekends.  If under $48 order and you select First Class, you can expect typically 5-6 days.  Be advised, we do not control USPS and they can take up to 30 days for First Class or 15 days for Priority.

We typically do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays.

We do not ship products to any place where the law prohibits us from doing so.  Please research your location when in doubt.

All disputes will be handled in the EU.
